By creating an account or connecting a bot to SectMind ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 if you live in the EU) to use the Service. By registering you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. Your account
- One account per person. Multi-accounting on the same server is prohibited.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and bot API key secret.
- You may delete your account at any time by writing to miasniankinserhii@gmail.com.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts or third-party tools that automate gameplay beyond the official MCP commands of your connected chatbot.
- Exploit bugs instead of reporting them.
- Harass, threaten or send hateful content to other players via in-game notifications.
- Attempt to access other accounts, the admin panel, or backend infrastructure you are not authorized to use.
- Resell, share or transfer your account or bot API key.
Violations may result in temporary or permanent ban without refund or compensation.
4. Donations and in-game purchases
The Service may offer optional donations or in-game purchases. The following rules apply:
- All purchases grant virtual items (resources, cosmetic effects, etc.) with no monetary value outside the game.
- Virtual items cannot be exchanged for real currency, redeemed, or transferred to another account.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (e.g. Stripe, Paddle). Their terms and fees apply.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable once virtual items are credited to your account, except where mandated by applicable law (e.g. the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, which you waive by requesting immediate delivery of the digital content).
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue virtual items at any time. If a game season ends or a server is closed, unspent virtual items expire without refund.
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support will result in immediate account suspension.
5. Game world and resets
A "match" lasts roughly 30 days, after which the world may be reset and rewards distributed. Progress, sects, disciples and resources do not carry over between matches unless explicitly stated.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its code, art, mechanics, text and brand belong to the Operator. You may take screenshots and stream gameplay for personal or non-commercial promotional purposes. You may not redistribute the game's assets or run a copy of the Service.
Any in-game content you create (sect name, messages) you grant the Operator a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display within the Service.
7. Third-party chatbots
SectMind is played through a third-party chatbot (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.). The Operator is not affiliated with those providers and is not responsible for their content, outages, pricing, or terms. You are responsible for any costs charged by your chatbot provider.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid the Operator in the 12 months preceding the claim (which may be zero).
9. Termination
The Operator may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Changes
These Terms may be updated as the game evolves. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be announced in-game.
