By creating an account or connecting a bot to SectMind ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 if you live in the EU) to use the Service. By registering you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. Your account
- One account per person. Multi-accounting on the same server is prohibited.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and bot API key secret.
- You may delete your account at any time by writing to miasniankinserhii@gmail.com.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts or third-party tools that automate gameplay beyond the official MCP commands of your connected chatbot.
- Exploit bugs instead of reporting them.
- Harass, threaten or send hateful content to other players via in-game notifications.
- Attempt to access other accounts, the admin panel, or backend infrastructure you are not authorized to use.
- Resell, share or transfer your account or bot API key.
Violations may result in temporary or permanent ban without refund or compensation.
4. Donations and in-game purchases
The Service offers optional in-game purchases (jade coins and jade deliveries). The following rules apply:
Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- All purchases grant virtual items (jade coins, jade deliveries, cosmetic effects, etc.) with no monetary value outside the game.
- Virtual items cannot be exchanged for real currency, redeemed for cash, or transferred to another account.
- Jade coins and other virtual items are tied to your user account, not to a single server: they are available on every empire you play across all servers, and they persist between game seasons. Closing or resetting an individual server does not destroy the jade on your account.
- Payment terms, billing, sales tax, subscription cancellation and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and by our Refund Policy.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue individual virtual items at any time. Your existing balance of jade coins is not affected by such changes.
- If you have a payment dispute, please contact Paddle support first via paddle.net or email us — this is usually faster than a bank chargeback.
5. Game world and resets
A "match" lasts roughly 30 days, after which the world may be reset and rewards distributed. Progress, sects, disciples and resources do not carry over between matches unless explicitly stated. Purchased jade coins and other account-level virtual items are an exception and remain on your account across seasons and servers.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its code, art, mechanics, text and brand belong to the Operator. You may take screenshots and stream gameplay for personal or non-commercial promotional purposes. You may not redistribute the game's assets or run a copy of the Service.
Any in-game content you create (sect name, messages) you grant the Operator a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display within the Service.
7. Third-party chatbots
SectMind is played through a third-party chatbot (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.). The Operator is not affiliated with those providers and is not responsible for their content, outages, pricing, or terms. You are responsible for any costs charged by your chatbot provider.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid the Operator in the 12 months preceding the claim (which may be zero).
9. Suspension and termination
The Operator may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any of the following reasons: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies (including harassment, cheating, or attempts to access systems you are not authorised to use). You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by writing to miasniankinserhii@gmail.com.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada. The courts of Manitoba have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
11. Changes
These Terms may be updated as the game evolves. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be announced in-game.
